    Gianni brings over a decade of real estate experience across Europe, the United States, and Latin America.

    He began his career at a private equity firm focused on acquiring and repositioning distressed outlet shopping malls throughout Europe. He later joined a leading retail conglomerate, where he managed commercial leasing and oversaw the ground-up development of luxury strip malls across Latin America. With a strong foundation in underwriting and analytical strategy, combined with exceptional execution capabilities, Gianni has consistently delivered results in some of the world’s most dynamic and complex markets.

    Overseeing all financial operations at Dorben Capital, the Head of Finance leads strategic planning, budgeting, and investment analysis across our real estate portfolio.     The Development Manager oversees the full lifecycle of our real estate projects—from site acquisition and design to permitting and construction.
